PUT POLITICAL DIFFERENCES ASIDE, FIRST LADY URGES TANZANIANS...

First Lady, Mama Salma Kikwete, has urged Tanzanians to put their political differences
 aside and stand as one people.
The first lady was speaking in Nyamisati Medical Center, Rufiji District, Coast Region,
 when she received medicines worth Tsh20 million from Vodacom Foundation.
“It is time Tanzanians forgot their political differences and stay united. That is the only way
 this country will develop,” she said, adding that, “This country is bigger than all of us and we 
should never let it down in any way.”
The First Lady thanked Vodacom Foundation for its continued commitment to support various
 development projects in the country.
“I am grateful to Vodacom Foundation for the great work it has done in Tanzania. 
Today we are here to receive these medicines which will go a long way in keeping
 the people of this region healthy and productive. I am sure we shall continue working
 together to take this country to a higher level,” she said.

Nyamisati Medical Center, Rufiji District, Pwani Region. Vodacom Foundation
donated medicines worth Ths20 million.
“We are grateful to the government for its support to develop the economy
 of this country.
 We shall do our best to support these projects,” he said.
“The Foundation is supporting other
 projects in among others, education, entrepreneurship, and tourism.”

On his part, HarunaMhina, the center’s Chief Medical Officer,
said that the center serves
more than 2000 patients every month. “We have had challenging
 situations whereby we often
 run out of drugs. With this donation, the problem is now sorted and from now we shall be
 able to serve our patients effectively,” said Mhina.
